Frequently asked questions
What we actually charge, host, support and build, in plain terms. If your question isn't here, a 30-minute call will answer it faster than more reading will.
How does FluxWright price a project?
There's one monthly retainer rather than a large build fee followed by a separate support contract. It covers the servers the system runs on, ongoing updates and bug fixes. There's no fixed price published here because it depends on what you need built: book a call and you'll get a number for your actual scope.
Is my system shared with other companies, like a SaaS product?
No. Every system we build is single-tenant: one deployment, one business, one set of data. You're not one account among many on a shared multi-tenant product.
Can I get my own data out of the system?
Yes. The reporting screens in the systems we build export to Excel, with totals kept as live formulas rather than flattened numbers, so your records are yours to open, send to your accountant, or work on outside the system whenever you want, with no request to us needed.
Where does the system run, and who manages the server?
On our own infrastructure, not a shared public server you have to configure yourself. We manage the hosting, the deployment pipeline and the updates, so there's no server to patch and no in-house developer you need to hire just to keep it running.
Do your systems integrate with Tally or GST e-invoicing?
Yes, in production, not as a roadmap item. One system posts vouchers to Tally daily against ledgers mapped to the client's real chart of accounts, and files GST e-invoices with the government portal at the moment an invoice is approved, returning the IRN and signed QR code onto the printed invoice.
Can I trust AI with real purchase orders and invoices?
The AI does the reading, turning a PDF, a scan or a photograph into structured data. It is never the last word. Arithmetic checks its work afterwards, independent of the model, and anything that doesn't reconcile goes to a person with the reason already spelled out in plain English. Roughly one record in seven gets that check. Nothing is silently accepted, and nothing is silently dropped.
Do you only work with businesses in Delhi NCR?
We're based in Delhi NCR and work with businesses across India, and delivery is remote by default. GST and e-invoicing features are built for Indian tax compliance specifically, so those are strongest for an India-registered business, wherever it's located.
Why aren't the companies in your case studies named?
Every case study on this site is a real system that's actually running, described down to specific counts and dates. Clients are identified by their line of business rather than by name, at their request. The work and the numbers are real even though the company isn't.
How long before I see something working?
Weeks, not months, for the first useful piece. We design the whole system upfront so you see the cost and the connections before we start, but we build it as working software you see every two weeks, and the first module you can actually use goes live early, before the rest is finished.
What happens when something breaks after launch?
It gets fixed as part of the retainer, not billed separately and not queued behind a support ticket. Support and refinement are unconditional for as long as we're working together: you don't pay extra for the system to keep getting better.
What's actually included in the monthly retainer?
The servers the system runs on, ongoing updates, and bug fixes, for as long as the engagement runs. There's no separate development fee charged up front and then a support contract on top: it's one retainer, covering the system for the whole time you're using it.
Do you build ERP software, websites, or AI tools? Which is FluxWright?
All three, because in practice they're rarely separate problems. We build custom ERP applications, the websites and portals around them, and the automation and AI in between, as one connected system rather than three vendors who don't talk to each other.
Still deciding what this would look like for you?
A 30-minute call is enough for us to tell you whether it's an automation, an ERP module, or a problem you shouldn't spend money on yet.
