Your accounting software, kept in sync automatically

We connect the custom systems we build to the accounting software and government portals a business already depends on, so a figure that's approved once reaches the ledger without anyone retyping it.

Built and running

Tally and the GST e-invoice portal

In the equipment hire ERP this is drawn from, every approved invoice queues for export as a Tally voucher with its ledgers already mapped: the party ledger, each machine's income ledger, tax slabs and rounding, read out of the client's real chart of accounts rather than guessed. At the same moment the invoice is approved, it files with the GST e-invoice portal directly, and the IRN, acknowledgement and signed QR code come back and print on the document.

Each mapping is decided once, against the real chart of accounts read out of Tally. Anything unmapped blocks the export rather than guessing.

How it behaves

Nothing posts on a guess, and nothing posts on a timer

An invoice whose ledgers don't all resolve isn't exportable, and the worklist names the specific mapping that's missing rather than posting an approximation. There's no scheduler and no background worker: every posting to Tally or to the government portal happens because a person in the business approved the record that triggered it.

Questions

About this capability

Which accounting software can you integrate with?

We've built and shipped a live integration with Tally: vouchers post automatically once an invoice is approved, mapped to the client's real chart of accounts. If your books live somewhere else, the same approach applies. Ask us what that looks like for your setup.

Does the integration run on a schedule, or does someone trigger it?

In the systems we've built, nothing reaches an external system, whether that's the GST portal or Tally, on a timer. There's no background scheduler; every posting happens because a person in your business approved the specific record that triggered it.

What if a record can't be mapped to the right ledger?

It doesn't post, and it doesn't get silently skipped either. The system blocks the export and names the exact mapping that's missing, so nothing reaches your books on a guess.

Two systems that are supposed to agree, and don't?

A 30-minute call is enough for us to tell you what a working integration would look like for your setup.
